The chain letter addresses the recipients of different countries in their language - at least roughly. In a bumpy mix of English and German, you are promised 100 GB of free internet volume for 60 days.

The Internet address behind it is a redirection to constantly changing pages at Blogspot and they are also a fake: In reality, the content is loaded from a completely different domain.

The text of the "promise" reads something like this:

While it was initially an alleged competition with which you should play for the free data volume, the crooks are now concerned with the distribution of their links. If you use the form now offered, you will end up with a button with which you should forward the links to several friends via WhatsApp in order to qualify.

Whether it is a competition or sharing the participation links, think before you fall for this!

• You are a customer of a certain provider.
• This determines how much data volume is free in your tariff and when it may be throttled or switched off.
• Nobody else can conjure up “free internet data” on your smartphone.
• You also cannot "download" any free data volume.

Under no circumstances give personal information or consent to receive advertisements to such criminals. And of course you should also spare your friends with this nonsense. If you got the message from a friend or acquaintance, send him a link to this article. Only he knows who he has distributed this message to and can warn the others about it.

You can't defend yourself against these chain letters, but if everyone is attentive, one day these attempts at fraud will come to nothing.
