So the probability is high that your regular podcast does not yet have its own skill. In these cases you can take a simple detour:

You connect your Spotify account to the Amazon Echo speaker. A premium account with the streaming service is required. With the appropriate voice commands, you can now play your podcast via Spotify with the Alexa speaker.
Alexa can also play podcasts via TuneIn.
If you cannot find the content you want directly with Alexa, play the podcast with a PC, tablet or smartphone that is connected to Amazon Echo via Bluetooth.

You can also listen to podcasts through your Kindle or through Amazon's audiobook service, Audible, with the Amazon Echo speaker. There are also some other skills in the skill marketplace that you can use to access podcasts. These include "fyyd: Meine Podcasts" or "My Pod". Unfortunately, there are primarily English podcasts here. In addition, Alexa often has problems understanding which content you actually want to play.
