There is no uniform Sparkasse hotline. If you want to contact support or have questions about your account, you either have to call your Sparkassen branch directly or the collective number of the respective Sparkassen association. With large local savings banks like Sparkasse Berlin this is relatively easy, but in small towns like Nidda you are part of the “Sparkasse Oberhessen” and you have to call the hotline - whose number is 06031 869444.

The quickest way to find the hotline number of your Sparkasse is to either go to your Sparkasse's online banking page or google for the Sparkasse number in your area. You will often find that the telephone consultation is in a completely different place.

If you use the Sparkassen app, you will find the number of your Sparkassen hotline there:
