To what extent the colors have a proven effect is best researched by yourself. It certainly depends on the respective color and the manufacturer. It should also be clarified whether the color itself is harmless to health.

If you want to check your surroundings for electrosmog exposure (even before and after applying shielding paint), you can buy radiation measuring devices on Amazon. If shielding paints are applied to every wall and ceiling, there is a probability that you will also no longer have cellular and WiFi reception in your apartment.
