Video: Apple Watch: Ingenious Smartwatch Technology - In Boring Clothes?

2023 Author: Sheila Hailey | [email protected]. Last modified: 2023-11-26 15:18
The Apple Watch has never had such a change of direction. Why actually? I can easily answer the question: there was simply no smartwatch technology yet. In the end it determines the shape. Only the full-format display, its gesture control and the obsolete home button made the iPhone X possible. In this respect, a new design of the Apple Watch will only find its way into the Smartwatch display with a sufficient change.

So the question arises: where is the journey going? Various approaches provide a first taste. For example, the Nubia Alpha introduced last year and the Amazfit X expected for 2020 - which is now to be realized, a crowdfunding campaign has been teased for some time now. Incidentally, behind it is Xiaomi, the rising star in the smartphone sky. Both smartwatch models are united by a flexible display, which winds around the wearer's wrist. Looks incredible for the future and is likely to open new perspectives and uses. Imagine: Pedestrian navigation in extreme width … er longitudinal format.
My thoughts on the weekend: The column wants to provide food for thought, call for discussion and reflect on the “news surge” of the week towards the end. A small selection of the previous articles in the column:

Apple Watch X still has time
Apple will closely monitor such experiments, but it would be wise not to adapt them simply because of the cheap effect. Believes that the design revolution of the Apple Watch still needs some time, the optical "boredom" will continue. As a reminder, the iPhone had a full 10 years between the first generation and the iPhone X.
Ergo: I'm looking forward to the "Apple Watch X" - with a little luck it might be something before 2025. Have a nice Sunday and have fun with boredom and do nothing. Till next week.
